The front and back of the thighs are in constant conversation. How they balance, resist, and support one another determines the quality of nearly every standing pose, forward and backward extension in our practice. This three-class series breaks down the key actions of these muscle groups and builds the understanding needed to work with them precisely — so that freedom in the legs becomes a foundation that supports the whole of your practice.
