⏱️ 18 hours of total class time. (9 classes at 2 hours each session.)

🗣️ Class is taught in English.

📊 PRE-REQUISITES: Minimum 10 years as advanced Iyengar Yoga practitioner. Preferably already Level 2 CIYT. No therapeutics. Student can manage by oneself.
