When our body feels disconnected, disjointed our overall sense of being feels off. However Yoga, when approached with thoughtfulness and correct actions (as prescribed by Guruji) one begins to cultivate integration through the various aspects of our being. This union, experienced through the fullness of being, is the very definition of Yoga.

We invite you to join us in this 2-day Asana workshop with David Meloni to move from feeling fragmented into the freedom one experiences in fullness. Be prepared to be physically and mentally immersed in your practice through David Meloni’s accessible approach to Asana and Yoga as he transmits the essence of Guruji, BKS Iyengar’s, teachings.
