⏱️ 18 hours of total approximate class time. (8 classes at approximate 2 hours & 15 minutes each session.)
🗣️ Class is taught in English.
📊 PRE-REQUISITES: Minimum 10 years as advanced Iyengar Yoga practitioner. Preferably already Level 2 CIYT. No therapeutics. Student can manage by oneself.
