"Skillful Sequencing Series • NECK & SHOULDER HEALTH" • 5 -Class Series (1/5)

How much discomfort in your neck and shoulders have you simply grown accustomed to? For many practitioners, the tension, tightness, and nagging ache in this region becomes background noise — something that eases briefly with stretching, then returns. Stretching alone rarely provides lasting relief because it doesn't address the root.

Lasting improvement requires a methodical, systematic approach — one that builds access, develops viable range of motion, cultivates strength, and establishes the alignment needed to mitigate strain and tension at the source. When dullness and tension in the neck and shoulder area are replaced with awareness, integration, and discernment, the effects are far-reaching: breathing becomes easier, clarity sharpens, and a sense of lightness and energy returns.

This five-class series begins October 2nd, meeting every Friday. Each class builds on the last — and with 30 days of recording access included, the work continues between sessions, reinforcing and deepening what is learned in class.
