Syllabus 3 Course - Often times finding access in these more Advanced Asanas can seem elusive. This course meets weekly to better maintain the freshness and sharpness in learning the method of accessibility in these higher level Asanas.
David Meloni will convey the interconnectedness between all 3 syllabi by taking you through the building up of every single asana in Syllabus 3. Thoughtful deconstruction of the key actions, that spring from building a firm foundation of focused practice, will touch the deeper qualities that transforms poses into the realm of Asana.
Be prepared to be physically and mentally immersed in your practice through David Meloni’s accessible approach to Asana and Yoga as he transmits the essence of Guruji, BKS Iyengar’s teachings.
MODULE 3: As a continuation from Module 2 David Meloni will dive deeper into select asanas that we preliminarily covered in Module 1 and will further explore the linking and interconnectedness in asanas to help with practicing as well as teaching the poses. Total 18 hours of instruction.
